Over the years QuadReal propreties have been recipients of numerous prestigious regional, provincial, national and international awards for excellence in the areas of building management, design, sustainable practices, modernization upgrades, historical preservation and tenant service.

Here are just a few of the accolades received by Forestry Building over the past few years.

2021 ENERGY STAR Certified Building

Forestry Building received the ENERGY STAR certification in 2021. ENERGY STAR certified buildings save energy, save money, and help protect the environment by generating fewer greenhouse gas emissions than typical buildings.

2023 - BOMA BEST Platinum Certification

In February 2023, Forestry Building received BOMA BEST Platinum certification. The BOMA BEST program is North America's largest certification program in recognition of environmental leadership within the commercial real estate industry. It was designed, developed and is administered by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Canada. The most efficient buildings are certified Platinum as it is the highest distinction under the BOMA BEST program.
